SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right — with a replacement, a refund, or store credit at our discretion based on your situation.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at hello@mansandco.com if you need to cancel.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage as received. We'll review and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Coverage applies to damage present at the time of delivery or manufacturing defects — not damage resulting from use, mishandling, or accidents after receipt.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at hello@mansandco.com to receive a return authorization and mailing address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
