PROCESSING TIME

Orders process within 3 business days from the Pacific Northwest. Processing is the time we need to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier — it does not include transit time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

Free US shipping on orders over $80.
$5.95 flat rate on orders under $80.

Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

TRANSIT TIME

Once your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Transit time is separate from processing time and is outside our control.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands, but if something looks wrong with your tracking, email us and we will chase it down with you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, contact us within 7 days at hello@mansandco.com — we will help you file a carrier claim and will work with you on a resolution.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping cost. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake — if the order has not been packed yet, we can usually fix it at no cost.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage as received. We will replace it — no return required.
